Extended Partner

Workforce.com

Demand-based rotas, accurate hours and live labour cost — before payroll, not after it.

Workforce.com is a workforce management platform for hospitality. Rotas are built against forecast sales and covers rather than copied forward from last week, and the wage percentage is visible while the rota is being written — which is the only moment the decision can still be changed.

Clock-in and attendance close the gap between scheduled, worked and paid hours, break and rest rules are enforced by the system rather than remembered under pressure, and approved timesheets flow through to payroll without rekeying.

Workforce.com is a Fully Baked Extended Partner. We think highly of the product and the team and will happily make the introduction — but labour management sits outside our core back-of-house focus, so we do not sell, implement or support it ourselves.

What Workforce.com does

Demand-based scheduling

Rotas built against forecast sales and covers, so the right number of people are on at the right time rather than last week’s rota copied forward.

Time and attendance

Clock-in on a tablet or phone with photo verification, so paid hours match hours actually worked.

Live labour costing

Wage percentage visible while the rota is being written and while the shift is running, not three weeks later in a report.

Payroll-ready timesheets

Approved timesheets exported straight to payroll, which removes most of the manual rekeying and the errors that come with it.

Compliance and award rules

Break rules, minimum rest and overtime handled by the system rather than remembered by a manager under pressure.

HR and onboarding

Employee records, documents and onboarding kept in the same platform as the rota and the timesheet.

Where it stands out

  • Genuinely strong demand-based scheduling, driven by sales forecasts rather than habit
  • Live labour cost while the rota is being written — the point at which the decision can still change
  • Time and attendance that closes the gap between scheduled, worked and paid hours
  • Solid compliance handling for breaks, rest and overtime
  • Scales comfortably from a few sites to a large estate

Our honest view

Workforce.com is a serious labour platform, and labour is usually the second biggest number on a hospitality P&L after food. If your rotas are built in spreadsheets and your wage percentage only appears after payroll has run, it will pay for itself quickly.

Labour and workforce management sit outside the core scope of what Fully Baked does — our focus is back-of-house inventory, costing and purchasing — so we do not resell, implement or support Workforce.com. We are glad to introduce you and to make sure the sales and labour data lines up with the systems we do run for you.

Workforce.com questions we get asked

What does Workforce.com do?

It is a workforce management platform covering demand-based scheduling, time and attendance, live labour costing, payroll-ready timesheets, compliance rules and HR records.

Is Workforce.com a Fully Baked Core Partner?

No. Workforce.com is a Tier 2 Extended Partner. We rate the product and the team highly, but labour management sits outside our core back-of-house focus, so we do not resell, implement or support it.

Can Fully Baked help if we use Workforce.com?

Yes. We will introduce you to their team and coordinate where it helps — particularly around making sure your sales, labour and food cost numbers tell a consistent story across systems.

Will it connect to our POS?

Workforce.com integrates with common hospitality POS systems to pull sales data for forecasting and labour percentage. Their team will confirm your exact stack during scoping.

Why does the partner tier matter?

Because our recommendation should only ever mean as much as we tell you it does. With a Core Partner we are accountable for delivery; with an Extended Partner we are vouching for the product, and the implementation sits with them.
