Extended Partner

Three Rocks

Reporting and intelligence built around your business — including the systems that refuse to talk to each other.

Three Rocks work in reporting and intelligence for hospitality. Their value is in the awkward middle ground: pulling data out of POS, back-of-house and finance systems that were never designed to share it, and turning it into reporting a business can manage to.

Rather than handing over a fixed template, they tend to start with a conversation about what you actually need to measure, then build dashboards and reports for operations and finance from the same underlying data — which is why their work suits groups carrying legacy systems that are not going to be replaced any time soon.

Three Rocks are a Fully Baked Extended Partner. We rate their work and are pleased to make an introduction — but reporting and intelligence sit outside our core back-of-house focus, so we do not sell, implement or support it ourselves.

What Three Rocks does

Reporting and intelligence

Sales, labour and cost data brought together into reporting built around how hospitality operators actually review a week.

Data integration work

Connecting POS, back-of-house and finance systems that were never designed to talk to each other.

Custom dashboards

Views built for your business and your KPIs, rather than a fixed template you have to work around.

Consultancy alongside the software

A team that will sit down and work out what you need to measure before building anything.

Group-level comparison

Site-by-site performance in a consistent format, so a head office can see where to spend its attention.

Finance-friendly outputs

Reporting that stands up in a board pack as well as in a managers’ meeting.

Where it stands out

  • Strong at integrating awkward combinations of existing systems
  • Consultative — they define the question before building the dashboard
  • Custom reporting rather than a one-size-fits-all template
  • Comfortable serving both operations and finance from the same data
  • Useful for groups with legacy systems that will not be replaced any time soon

Our honest view

Three Rocks are good at the unglamorous part of reporting: getting data out of systems that were never built to share it, and turning it into something a board and a general manager can both use.

Reporting and intelligence sit outside the core scope of what Fully Baked does, so we do not resell, implement or support their platform. We are happy to introduce you and to make sure the back-of-house data we look after is clean and structured enough to report on properly.

Three Rocks questions we get asked

What do Three Rocks do?

They provide reporting and intelligence for hospitality — integrating data from POS, back-of-house and finance systems and building dashboards and reports around the KPIs a business actually manages to.

Are Three Rocks a Fully Baked Core Partner?

No. Three Rocks are a Tier 2 Extended Partner. We value the relationship and rate their work, but reporting and intelligence sit outside our core back-of-house focus, so we do not resell, implement or support it.

Do they replace our existing systems?

No. Their strength is working with the systems you already have, including legacy ones, and making the data from them usable.

Can Fully Baked help if we work with Three Rocks?

Yes. We will make the introduction and coordinate where it helps, making sure the inventory, costing and purchasing data feeding their reporting is accurate.
