Extended Partner

Operandio

Digital checklists, food safety records and team tasks — time stamped and visible across every site.

Operandio turns the paperwork that keeps a site compliant into something digital and visible. Opening and closing checks, cleaning schedules, temperature logs and HACCP records are completed on a phone or tablet during service, each one time stamped and attributed to the person who did it.

On top of that sit audits with scoring and photo evidence, training content and procedures the team can reach on the floor, and messaging with acknowledgements. For a group, head office can finally see completion rates and outstanding issues across every site without driving to each one.

Operandio is a Fully Baked Extended Partner. We rate the product and the team and are glad to introduce you — but compliance and task management sit outside our core back-of-house focus, so we do not sell, implement or support it ourselves. We will also tell you if one of our Core Partners already covers what you need.

What Operandio does

Digital checklists and tasks

Opening, closing, cleaning and changeover checks completed on a phone or tablet, with a time stamp and the name of whoever did them.

Food safety and HACCP records

Temperature logs, fridge checks and HACCP records captured during service instead of written up from memory afterwards.

Audits and inspections

Structured site audits with scoring and photo evidence, so a visit produces a record rather than a conversation.

Team communication

Messages, updates and acknowledgements that reach the people on shift and can be seen to have been read.

Training and knowledge base

Procedures, SOPs and training content kept where a new starter can find them on the floor.

Multi-site visibility

Head office can see completion rates and outstanding issues across every site without visiting each one.

Where it stands out

  • Replaces paper diaries and folders with records that are time stamped and auditable
  • Strong on compliance — temperatures, HACCP, cleaning and due diligence in one trail
  • Head office visibility of what has and has not been completed across the estate
  • Photo evidence on audits removes a lot of argument
  • Communication and training sit alongside the tasks, so the team uses one app rather than four

Our honest view

Operandio is a good answer to the lever-arch folder problem: compliance records that only exist on paper, in one site, and only matter the week before an EHO visit. Digitising that trail makes a real difference to risk and to how much time managers lose to admin.

Compliance, task management and communication sit outside the core scope of what Fully Baked does — our focus is inventory, costing and purchasing — so we do not resell, implement or support Operandio. We will happily introduce you, and note that several of our Core Partners also cover checklists if you would rather keep it in one system.

Operandio questions we get asked

What does Operandio do?

It is a digital task, compliance and communication platform: checklists, food safety and HACCP records, audits, training content and team messaging, with head office visibility across every site.

Is Operandio a Fully Baked Core Partner?

No. Operandio is a Tier 2 Extended Partner. We rate the product and the team, but compliance and task management sit outside our core back-of-house focus, so we do not resell, implement or support it.

Will it replace our paper food safety diary?

That is a common reason operators adopt it. Temperature logs, cleaning schedules and opening and closing checks are completed on a device and stored with a time stamp, ready for an inspection.

Do any of your Core Partners do this too?

Yes — several of our Core Partners include checklists and compliance alongside inventory and costing. If you would rather keep everything in one system, we will talk you through the trade-offs honestly.
